Confucius Thought and the Spirit of Chinese Entrepreneurs

儒家文化特别强调人的道德实践对于建立和谐社会的重要意义,特别重视人的自我身心内外的协调与和谐。中国的企业应当“以法治企业”,“以德教化人”,坚持走使人自我身心内外和谐的路径,而儒家以修身为本的人文教化的资源对我们的企业建设便具有不可忽略的意义。中国的企业家应该有中国的气派,中国的风格,在这方面,儒家正可为我们造就一种中国企业家的精神提供一些有意义的思想资源。

Confucius culture stresses on the important significance of man＇s moral practice to the building of harmonious society and pays specially attention to the harmony of mang external and internal mind. The Chinese enterprises should ＂ manage business by laws＂, ＂educate people with morality＂ and persists in taking on the road of making the harmony of man＇s external and internal mind and body. And the Confucius resources of human cultural education based on cultivate man＇s moral character have significance not to be ignored to the developing of our enterprises. Chinese entrepreneurs should possess Chinese spirit, Chinese style, in which the Confucianists can offer us some magnificent thought resources in cultivating our Chinese entrepreneurs＇ spirit.
