摘要 以国产C6作为乳化剂,丁二烯与苯乙烯为主要单体,采用乳液聚合法制得的羧基丁苯胶乳,其性能达到国际产品水平,粘结强度高。聚合的最优条件为:聚合温度74-80℃,乳化剂用量为0.88%-0.90%,引发剂用量为0.35%,产品后添加剂用量为1%-1.2%。聚合基本规律遵守丁苯乳液聚合规律,聚合反应速率与反应时间无关。用国产螯合剂A+B或B及国产表面活性剂完全可以代替进口相应试剂,同样用量后添加渗透剂T适用本工艺产品,可以大大降低胶乳的表面张力。中试放大实验验证了工艺的可靠性。 The properties of the carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex have come up to the world level of the same product especially in its high bond strength,which was produced by emulsion polymerization using C6 made in China as emulsifier,and butadiene,styrene as main monomer.The optimum conditions for polymerization are as follows:polymerization temperature 74-80℃ ,emulsifier consumption 0.88%-0.90% ,initiator consumption 0.35%,post-additive for product consumption l%-2%.The polymerization follows the mechanism of butadiene-styrene emulsion polymerization,and the rate of reaction has nothing to do with the reaction time. We can substitute sequestering agent A+B or Band surfactant made in China for imported products.The pilot verified the reliability of the polymerization process with C6-emulsifer.
