Analysis and Disposal of Abnormal Problems in Pneumatic Ash Removal System in Power Plant Flue-gas Treatment Project

介绍了焦作电厂#2炉烟气治理半干法脱硫除尘工程中采用正压浓相助推式气力除灰系统的运行方式、设备配置、系统控制,对气力除灰系统运行调试中出现的主要异常问题进行分析,提出了相应的处理对策,可供今后相同类型气力除灰系统的优化、完善改造设计参考。

This paper expounds operating mode, equipment configuration and systems control of positive pressure dense phase thrust pneumatic ash removal system adopted in number 2 boiler flue-gas treatment semidry desulfuration and dedusting project of Jaozuo Power Plant,and analyses primary abnormal problem occurring in the debugging and operating courses of pneumatic ash removal system, and gives corresponding countermeasure, providing reference for optimization, perfection, rebuilding and design of the same type pneumatic ash removal system for the future.
