摘要 本文介绍了用杨木生产漂白化学浆,包括硫酸盐法,硫酸盐—蒽醌法,烧碱—蒽醌法和碱性亚硫酸钠—蒽醌法制浆;用杨木生产漂白化学热磨机械浆;用杨木生产碱性过氧化氢机械浆;特别是杨木碱性过氧化氢机械浆是90年代发展研制成功的高得率、高白度和强度性好的新化学机械浆种,它适用于配抄低定量胶印新闻纸。 The main points made in this paper are as follows:(1)When chemical bleached poplar pulp is produced, the pulp yield by kraft cooking is 53.0%~54.6% and kappa number is 17~18; as a result of using oxygen expanded delignification, pulp kappa number is reduced to 12~13 and if C/D E o DD four stage bleaching is adopted, the whiteness of bleached chemical pulp is 90%;(2) As for the method of bleached chem thero mechanical pulping poplar pulp yield is 88%~94%, when single stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching is adopted, the whiteness of bleached pulp is 75%~80%; (3)For alkaline hydrogen peroxide machanical pulp, populus pulp yield is 88.5%~90% when single or two stage impregnating chip in a combination of hydrogen peroxide with sodium hydroxide is adopted the whiteness of bleached pulp is 60% or 84%~86%.
