酯化改性纳米二氧化硅及其在聚酯漆中应用 被引量:8

摘要 采用液相萃取法,通过四氢呋喃从水相中萃取出硅酸,经有机醇共沸蒸馏,制备了表面酯化改性纳米二氧化硅的醇分散液,其外观透明、均匀稳定,二氧化硅含量可高达35%,达到纳米级分散。研究了在少量纳米二氧化硅作用下,纳米复合聚酯涂膜的物理机械性能。结果表明,少量纳米SiO2能提高涂膜的硬度、耐磨性和紫外吸收性能,不影响透明度。 Silica was extracted from the sodium silicate solution to THF firstly, and then the nanosilica alcohol solution was prepared by distillation. The solution was stable, uniform and clear. The content of SiO2 could be up to 25 %. SiO2/polyester composite film was obtained by mixing the nanosiliea alcohol solution with the polyester. Performance tests of the composite film were carried out according to the national standard. The results showed that the nanosilica alcohol solution had a good compatibility with polyester and could be dispersed uniformly in the composite film. Therefore, SiO2/polyester composite film exhibited higher rigidity, better wear-resisting performance and excellent absorb performance of the ultraviolet radiation.
