硅藻土基轻质多孔陶瓷滤球的研制 被引量:1

摘要 以硅藻土为基料,加入天然有机细粉为造孔剂,同时加入适量的其它添加剂,采用成球机成型工艺,制备了性能优良的硅藻土基多孔陶瓷。随着造孔剂的加入量、烧成制度的改变,气孔率从53%增加至72%,密度从1.3 g/cm3到0.7 g/cm3改变,压碎强度则从13.0 MPa降至6.8 MPa。另外,探讨了白云石作为成孔剂能显著提高多孔陶瓷性能的机理。 Diatomite porous ceramics of good quality were made from diatomite, some other additives and pore-forming agent by bailing machine in this experiment. With the change of the amount of pore-forming agent and firing schedule, the main characters of the porous ceramics are change as follow: porosity from 53% to 72%, density from 1.3 g/cm^3 to 0.78 g/cm^3, and compressive strength from 13 MPa to 6.8 MPa. Further more, the reason that dolomite could improve the performance of porous ceramics was discussed.
