摘要
以化学试剂配制水泥生料,添加不同品质高硫煤,借助XRD测试手段就高硫煤燃烧对水泥熟料矿物形成过程的影响规律做了初步探讨。结果表明:在较低温度下,高硫煤燃烧能够促进f-CaO和SiO2的吸收,加速固相反应,但超过1 300℃反而会阻碍f-CaO的吸收,且煤中硫含量越高,这种作用越明显;高硫煤燃烧虽在高温段不利于f-CaO吸收,却在一定程度上降低了C3S形成温度;S在高温下主要生成了硫铝酸钙(C4A3-S),但其在超过1 300℃会发生分解,且C4A3-S的存在阻碍了C3A的形成。
The effects of high sulfur coal combustion on the formation course of Portland cement clinker minerals were studled by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that high sulfur coal combustion can accelerate the reaction of f-CaO and SiO2 at lower temperature, but hinder the absorption of f-CaO when above 1 300℃, and the effect was more obvious when the sulfur content in coal was higher. And the high sulfur coal combustion could lower the C3S formation temperature. The main form of sulfur in cement clinkers at high temperature was calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3-↑S), but it decomposed when above 1 300℃, and the existence of C4A3-↑S hindered the formation of C3A.
