高等学校教务管理工作运行的好坏,直接影响到教学质量的优劣,因而必须加强教务管理工作。加强教务管理,首先要有明确的工作目标,其次要加强教学管理队伍建设,努力提高队伍素质,再次是要做到严格管理计划,加强制度管理。

This article gives a brief account of defining the goal and set the task first in educational administration of the universifies. It also expounds the importance of strengthening staff construction and improving the ideological qualification and professional ability of administrative personnel. It is illustrated that teaching administration should be carried out with scientific programs and rigorous regulations so as to ensure it to run scientifically and smoothly.
