摘要
新建地方本科院校学报作为学术期刊应服务于教学、科研和推动科学技术进步。文章分析了地方新建本科院校学报的现状及存在的问题,并就创新办刊模式、办刊思维、办刊手段、健全办刊机制等方面提出了一些建议。这对提高新建地方本科院校学报的质量和社会关注度有一定的参考价值。
As the college newly founded, journals of colleges should serve for teaching and reaching, and promote scientific technology. This article analysis the present situation and existing problems in these journals, and puts forward some suggestions about how to innovate the idea and method to make the journal, and perfect its making mechanism.
