Determination of Adenosine in Mycelium of Cultured Cordyceps Sinensis Yiqixue Oral Solution by RP-HPLC

建立反相液相色谱法测定虫草菌丝体益气血口服液中腺苷的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0．01mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（5：5：90），流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长260nm。腺苷在（8～200）μg·mL^-1具有良好的线性关系，相关系数0．9998，平均回收率96．8％。

A method was proposed to determine adenosine in mycelium of cultured cordyceps sinensis yiqixue oral solution by reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography. Adenosine could be seperated on Kromasil C 18 column, using methanolacetonitrile -0.01 mol·L^-1 KH2PO4 （5 ： 5 ： 90） as the mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1 , and then detected at 260nm. The concentration of adenosine showed a good linear relationship from 8 to 200μg·mL^-1 （r = 0.999 8） and the average recovery was 96.8%.
