摘要
建立反相液相色谱法测定虫草菌丝体益气血口服液中腺苷的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.01mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(5:5:90),流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长260nm。腺苷在(8~200)μg·mL^-1具有良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9998,平均回收率96.8%。
A method was proposed to determine adenosine in mycelium of cultured cordyceps sinensis yiqixue oral solution by reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography. Adenosine could be seperated on Kromasil C 18 column, using methanolacetonitrile -0.01 mol·L^-1 KH2PO4 (5 : 5 : 90) as the mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1 , and then detected at 260nm. The concentration of adenosine showed a good linear relationship from 8 to 200μg·mL^-1 (r = 0.999 8) and the average recovery was 96.8%.
