摘要
以不同浓度(0.005-0.2mmol·L^-1)的外源水杨酸(SA)预处理水稻种子协优46(抗水稻白叶枯病)和浙辐802(高感水稻白叶枯病)。结果表明:低浓度SA预处理促进水稻种子萌发,两品种在发芽率、发芽指数、可溶性糖含量、POD和SOD酶活性存在明显差异。在SA浓度为0.01mmol·L^-1时,发芽指数及活性指数达最高;协优46在处理46h时发芽率提高最多,为8.0%,浙辐802在处理12h时提高最多,为6.7%;浙辐802比协优46可溶性糖含量增加多;在SA浓度为0.005mmol·L^-1时,浙辐802的POD酶活性降低了27.8%,协优46的POD活性则提高了52.3%;浙辐802的SOD酶活性较对照降低了8.7%,而协优46只降低了2.4%。
The seed of rice Xieyou 46 (resistance of bacterial blight) and Zhefu 802 (highly sensitive to bacterial blight) was pretreat with 0.005 -0.2 mmol·L^-1 salicylic acid (SA). The results showed that the low concentration of SA promoted Xieyou 46 and Zhefu 802 seeds germinating. There are significant difference between Xieyou 46 and Zhefu 802 in the germinate rate, germinate index, the content of soluble - sugar, peroxidease (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). In 0.01 mmol·L^-1 concentration of SA ,Xieyou 46 and Zhefu 802 have the most germinate rate, germinate index, the content of soluble - sugar; After treatment with SA for 46h, 12h, the most germinate rate of Xieyou 46 and Zhefu 802 is 8.0% ,6.7% ,respectively; the content of soluble -sugar of Zhefu 802 increased more than Xieyou 46; In 0.005mmol·L^-1 concentration of SA, POD activities of Zhefu 802 decreased 27.8%, while Xieyou 46 increased 52.3%. SOD activities both Zhefu 802 and Xieyou 46 decreased,Zhefu 802 reduced 8.7%, Xieyou 46 only 2.4%.
