摘要
在总结我国水利工程防渗墙墙体材料类型、特点和发展历程的基础上,着重对塑性混凝土、自凝灰浆和固灰浆等柔性墙体材料的组成、性能指标和应用情况做了比较科学的分析和探讨。列举了国内外部分防渗墙工程塑性混凝土基本配合比及性能参数;国内自主研发的自凝灰浆墙体材料及应用于三峡工程三期围堰防渗墙的配合比;固化灰粘土浆、膨润土浆的物理力学性能及固化灰浆采用不同制搅方法时的配合比。分析了上述3种柔性墙体材料的应用前景和发展方向,并通过室内正交试验,优选出了一组固化灰浆配方,该组配方有一定的推广应用价值。
In this paper, the performance, application and composition about plastic concrete, self-congealing mortar and hardened slurry are analysed on the basis of summarizing type, characteristic and developing course of cut-off wall's material in water conservancy project. The proportions and performances of plastic concrete of some cut-off walls at home and abroad, the proportion of self-congealing slurry used in the cut-off wall of third stage cofferdam of Three Gorges Project, mechanics properties of expansive soil slurry and harden clay mortar, and proportions of hardened slurry are introduced. Through laboratory testing, the proportion of hardened slurry is obtained by optimized method, which is worthily popularized.
