摘要 鉴于购置价格昂贵,自主研发了模型流量及水位控制系统。该系统由高精度电磁流量计、电动调节蝶阀、流量控制器、精密跟踪水位仪、水位控制器与主控计算机构成。流量和水位控制器硬件结构均以单片机为核心,采用双积分高精度A/D转换芯片进行数据采集,其软件设计采纳了嵌入式操作系统,并采用了自整定PID运算单位。该系统改善了试验方法和手段,提高了测量和控制精度,其可靠性高、稳定性好,能适应各种复杂恶劣的工作环境,系统已成功应用于生产实践,并可在水工及河工模型试验中推广。 An automatic control system of flow capacity and water-level for model test was independently developed because of its expensive price. The system consists of an electromagnetic flow meter with high accuracy, an electric-regulation butterfly valve, a flow controller, a precision tracking water-level meter, a water-level con- troller and a main controlling computer. The hardware structure of flow and water-level controller bases on single-chip microcomputer and uses double integral, high accuracy A/D conversion chips for date acquisition, and the software adopts embedded operation systems and self-adjusting PID arithmetic units. This system can improve the experiment methods, enhance the accuracy of measurement and control, and suit to every kind of complex bad working conditions with high reliability and stability. It has been successfully applied in production practice, and may be popularized in hydraulic model and river model experiments.
