企业扩张背景越来越复杂化,企业扩张实践面临诸多复杂性问题,文章分析了现有企业扩张理论解释当前扩张现象和解决扩张问题的局限性,整理和归纳复杂性理论成果在企业扩张相关研究中的现有成果,提出将复杂性理论进一步系统地应用于企业扩张研究的理论意义和现实意义。

In modem society, the background of enterprise expansion is increasing complexity. The practice of expansion faces many complex issues . The paper analyzes the limitations of the existing theories in explaining the expansion phenomenon and solving expansion problems. And we collate the results of relevant research results in the expansion of enterprises based on the complexity theory. Then we point the importance in theory and practice using complexity theory to research the enterprise expansion.
