摘要
21世纪是知识经济时代,作为知识载体的人才是最重要、最宝贵的资本,成为经济发展的必要先决条件和关键因素。文章首先对早期人才资源理论和人力资本理论的研究成果进行简要概括,着重论述人才资本理论现阶段的科研成果,在此基础上提出了人才资本理论需要继续研究的问题,最后提出人才资本对经济的决定性作用机理。
The 21st century is age of Knowledge economy. As the Carrier of knowledge, qualified personnel who are the necessary prerequisite and the key factor to the economy development, is the most important and valuable capital. This thesis firstly makes a brief introduction to the talent resources theory and human capital theory, and then emphasizes the achievements in scientific research on talent capital on the stage. Based on the achievements above, some questions which need continued study are raised. And talent capital＇ s decisive actions on national economy are expounded in the end.
