摘要 【目的】探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)和癌旁肝组织中信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)抑制因子(PIAS3)的表达及其临床意义。【方法】利用两步法免疫组织化学技术检测PIAS3蛋白在HCC及其癌旁肝组织的表达。【结果】PIAS3蛋白在HCC中的阳性率和阳性强度均低于癌旁肝组织(P<0.01);HCC中PIAS3蛋白的表达强度与患者的性别和肿瘤的大小无关(P>0.05),但与肿瘤细胞的分化程度明显相关(P<0.01)。分化越差,表达越弱。【结论】提示检测PIAS3蛋白对判断HCC的预后具有一定意义,纠正PIAS3蛋白的表达有可能成为HCC基因治疗新策略。 [Objective]To investigate the expression of PIAS3 protein and its clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) and their surrounding liver tissues. [Methods]The expression of PIAS3 protein was detected by immunohistochemical techniques. [Results]The positive rate and expression intensity of PIAS3 protein in HCC were rather lower and weaker than those in pericarcinomatous liver tissues ( P〈0.01); the expressive intensity of PIAS3 in HCC was not related to patients' sex and size of neoplasms ( P 〉0.05), but was significantly associated with differentiation degree of cancer cells ( P〈0. 01). The poorer was the differentiation of HCC, the weaker would be the expression of PIAS3 protein. [Conclusion]These data suggest that it is significant to detect PIAS3 protein expression for the judgement of HCC prognosis. Future research in the PIAS3 field will provide new strategies for the treatment of HCC.
