经椎板关节突螺钉固定治疗下腰椎失稳症的疗效评价 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】评价经椎板关节突螺钉固定,椎间植骨融合治疗下腰椎失稳患者的效果。【方法】下腰椎失稳患者30例,均采用后路椎板开窗减压,椎间植骨融合,经椎板关节突螺钉固定。【结果】术后随访6~36个月(平均21个月),椎间植骨融合率6个月时为86%,1年为93%,临床症状消失满意率92%,未出现断钉病例。【结论】采用后路椎板减压,经椎板关节突螺钉固定加椎间植骨能有效提高椎间骨融合率,达到小关节稳定,解除症状的目的。且手术创伤小,内置物费用低廉,值得临床推广应用。
