摘要
服务型政府绩效评估,就是要运用科学的方法、标准和程序,对政府机关服务品质、效率、公共责任和公众满意度等方面加以分析与评价,本文对公共服务的公众满意度测评的理论及其测评模型(PSCSI)进行了验证,并对影响公共服务公众满意度的人口统计因素差异进行了分析。
The assessment of the performance of a service government involves the service quality, efficiency, responsibility and public satisfaction of the government agencies by means of a scientific method, criterion and procedure. Based on this conviction, the paper examines the assessment theory and the PSCSI model used in such assessment and analyses the statistic differences in population that exert influences on the assessment.
