摘要
文章以植物生理学的研究热点之一热激诱导的耐热性为线索,把一系列零散单一的、互不相干的实验根据其内在联系串联起来,整合为一个大的综合性实验,增强了实验教学的层次性和综合性,激发了学生的实验兴趣,提高了实验教学的质量。
Taking heat shock-induced heat tolerance as clue, a series of scattered, single and inconnected experiments were tied according to their intrinsic connection, and synthetized as a synthetic experiment, which enhances the arrangement of ideal and synthesis of experimental teaching, excitates students＇ interest in doing experiments and improves the quality of experimental teaching.
