摘要
应用GC-MS分析对比研究了野生与人工栽培缬草的挥发油,分别鉴定出52个和45个化合物.2种缬草挥发油的主成分基本相同,含量稍有差异,其差异对其在医药工业上的应用没有影响.
GC-MS is used for comparative analysis on volatile oil extracted from wild and cultivated Valeriana. officinalis roots, and 52 and 45 chemical compounds are respectively identified in the volatile oils. The main components are basically of the same in the two kinds of volatile oils with so little difference in content that it has no effect on its application in medical industry.
