摘要
20世纪伟大的科学家爱因斯坦面对道德衰落和德育式微,从他的关系本位的人学理论出发,提出培养和谐发展的人以建立和谐美好的人际关系,主张在关系中进行德育。这些观点对于21世纪道德教育,仍具有现实意义。德育应基于关系、通过关系、为了关系而展开,应尊重个人、尊重差异、尊重个性。
Einstein is a great scientist in the 20th century. Facing morality and moral education decline, he put forward that education must cultivate harmonious human being so as to build harmonious and good inter-person relationship from the perspective of his human theory based on inter-person relation. He advocated that moral education should be around inter-person relation. His idea still has realistic value in the 21st century. Moral e- ducation should be based on relation,by relation and for relation.Human being,differences and individuality should be respected.
