摘要 目的研究中药桂郁金的化学成分。方法通过大孔树脂、反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和重结晶的方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别为zedoarolide B(Ⅰ),zedoarondiol(Ⅱ),zedoalactone A(Ⅲ),alismoxide(Ⅳ),isozedoarondiol(Ⅴ),curcumenol(Ⅵ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ-Ⅵ均为首次从本植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in Guiyujin ( root of Curcuma kwangsiensis). METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and chromatography on macroporus resin, silica gel and ODS. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence. RESULTS Seven compounds were identified as zedoarolide B ( Ⅰ), zedoarondiol ( Ⅱ ), zedoalactone A ( Ⅲ ), alismoxide ( Ⅳ), isozedoarondiol ( Ⅴ ), curcumenol ( Ⅵ) and β-sitosterol ( Ⅶ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ -Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
