本文评述了近5年国内外化学发光免疫分析技术的理论研究成果及应用进展,分别从基因工程试剂的应用、新标记物与标记技术、新固相材料、新联用检测技术和微型化、自动化检测仪器等方面进行阐述,并对该技术的发展进行了展望,引用文献162篇。

The recent progress in theoretical research and apphcation of chemiluminescence immunoassay （CLIA） was reviewed with 162 references. The contents were described and discussed by virtue of the following aspects that were used in CLIA, including genetic enginee- ring reagents, labeling reagents and methods, immunoafl^nity solid phase, separation techniques, as well as micro, integrated, or automated devices. Future study and prospect were envisioned.
