土壤重金属污染对蔬菜发育及品质的影响之研究进展

Study Progresses on Heavy Metal Pollution of Soil and Absorption of Vegetables and Management

随着人们对蔬菜品质的要求提高,蔬菜重金属污染逐步引起人们的关注。本文从蔬菜重金属污染现状、蔬菜对重金属的吸收与富集特征、重金属污染对蔬菜生长发育及品质等的影响,以及蔬菜重金属污染的控制途径几个方面概述了蔬菜重金属污染的研究进展,旨在为提高蔬菜品质,控制蔬菜重金属污染提供科学依据。

As the request of people to the quality of vegetables improving, the heavy metals pollution on vegetables causes much concern gradually. This paper presents study progress on the aspect. The main contents are： （1） the present situation of heavy metal pollution on vegetables; （2） the regularity of vegetables absorbing and accumulating heavy metal; （3） the influence of heavy metal pollution over growth of vegetables; （4） the methods and countermeasures of controlling heavy metal pollution on vegetables. The purpose of the review is to provide reference and experience for improving quality of vegetables grown in soils with heavy metals pollution.
