双语教学是中国高等教育与国际接轨的必然趋势,也是当前高等教育教学改革的热点和重点。地方农业院校在双语教学的实践过程中,取得了一定的成绩,但也面临着一系列问题。从地方农业院校实施双语教学的必要性出发,针对现阶段双语教学实施过程中存在的困难采取相应的对策,是解决这一问题的有效途径。

Bilingual teaching is the inexorable trend that higher education is in line with intemational standards in China, which is also the spot and key of current reform in higher education. The local agricultural universities have achieved certain achievements in practice of bilingual teaching, but also facing a series of problems. The paper elaborates the necessity of implementing bilingual teaching in local agricultural universities firstly, and then analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures in the practice of bilingual teaching.
