摘要
20世纪90年代后,我国管理咨询业得到迅速发展,但由于处在起步阶段,市场竞争中存在相当多问题。本文运用迈克尔.E.波特的五力竞争模型,对中国管理咨询业的竞争格局做一简要分析,并在此基础上就我国咨询业如何应对竞争提出了若干建议。
Stepping into 1990s, rapid developments have taken place in Chinese management consulting industry. As a beginner in this field, we have to admit that quite a lot of problems exist in the competition at present. Applying Michael E Porter's five forces competition model, the paper analyses the competitive situation of Chinese management consulting industry in a general manner and then puts forward some suggestions for the development of this industry.
