非何杰金淋巴瘤侵犯椎管内神经根1例报告
摘要
非何杰金淋巴瘤侵犯椎管内神经根罕见，我院收治1例，报告如下。患者男性，50岁，2005年11月始出现下肢疼痛，沿大腿至足跟外侧，口服镇痛药可暂时缓解，疼痛呈进行性加重，10d前出现剧痛，需肌注曲马多缓解，于2006年2月26日收入院。查体：生命体征正常，体表淋巴结未扪及，心肺止常，肝脾未扪及。
