摘要 设计了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机的控制系统。该系统基于智能功率模块(IPM)和数字信号处理器(DSP),采用反电势法实现了燃料电池轿车空调的无刷直流电机控制。整个系统集成度高,控制灵活,稳定性好。试验结果表明,该系统运行性能良好。 A kind of variable speed control system of a brashless DC motor without a rotor position sensor is designed. Based on intelligent power module(IPM) and digital signal processor( DSP), this system uses Baek-EMF( electromotive force)method to implement the sensorless control for brushless DC motor of high voltage air conditioner (HVAC) in FCV. The system is highly integrated with flexible control and strong reliability. Experimental results indicate that this system has a high performance.
