可控硅电镀电源设备主变压器的设计

摘要 针对过去电镀电源直流发电机采用交流电动机拖动设备,耗电多、噪声大、维修量大、设备占地大等问题,提出采用可控硅电源取代发电机。可控硅电镀电源具有造价低、操作方便,能够提高电镀质量,缩短电镀时间等优点,依此对主变压器进行设计。 The electroplating power source equipment we used before was dragged by alternating-current motor instead of direct-current generator. It required much power consumption, maintenance, occupied more lands and had much noise. In view of these problems, the silicon controlled electroplating power source equipment is adopted to substitute the generator and the relevant main transformer is designed.
