梁学林教授治疗耐药性解脲支原体感染及继发不孕症经验

LIANG Xue-lin's Experience of Therapy to Tolerated Ureaplasmaurealyticum Infection and Infection to Result in Secondary Sterility

不孕的原因相当复杂,近年来对解脲支原体感染导致不孕的报道越来越多。解脲支原体寄居在泌尿生殖道黏膜上皮细胞表面,造成以输卵管炎性粘连为主的生殖道炎症,导致输卵管性不孕;同时感染破坏生殖道黏膜,使免疫活性细胞接触精子,刺激女方免疫系统,产生抗精子抗体引起免疫性不孕。本病临床治疗主要选用四环素类、大环内酯类和喹诺酮类药物,但是由于上述抗生素滥用,导致解脲支原体产生耐药,给治疗带来一定难度。梁学林教授总结临床经验,提出“三步论治”,运用中药“消支饮”Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号及复方坤草汤治疗女性生殖道耐药性支原体感染及感染后继发的不孕症取得了满意的疗效。

Ureaplasmaurealytieum（abbreviation：Uu） ,which colonizes on surface of epithelium mueosae cell surface in gential tract inflammation that salpingitis mainly, leads to tubal infertility; simultaneously, because Infection destroy structure of mueosae,spermatozoa touchs female immunocompetenee cell, bring about stimuluing her immune system and produce antisperm antibody and evoking immune infertility. Nowadays owing to antibiotics misuse, drug resistance of Uu increases obviously, meanwhile it is treatment of tubal irfertility with hydrotubation and anti -inflammatory, and treatment of immune infertility with immunodepressanl, VE and VC ,aeenterine,heparin that have side effect seriously, prof. LIANG Xue-lin summarizes clinical experience and produces ＂Three Step Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment＂ to cure tolerated ureaplasmaurealyticum infection of female genital tract and infection to result in secondary sterility and gain satisfaetory curative effect, applying ＂XiaoZhiYin＂ decoction Ⅰ,Ⅱ and compounding with complex leonurus decoction.
