中医药抗帕金森病理想的动物模型—Nurr1基因敲除小鼠

Ideal Animal Model of Anti-Parkinson's Disease Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine-Nurr1 Knock-out(Nurr1+/-) Mice

简述帕金森病(PD)动物模型研究的发展简史,对各种PD动物模型的优、缺点进行了评价。介绍Nurr1基因敲除模型、PD的修正疗法及中医药可能的神经保护作用。总结Nurr1基因敲除模型具有症状相类性、病理一致性、慢性进行性、可早期神经保护介入及药物作用的可能靶点等特点,可作为中医药抗帕金森病研究理想的动物模型。

To briefly state-the history of animal models in Parkinson＇s disease（PD） and to comment their advantage and disadvantage. Then , to introduce the characteristic of Nurr1 knock-out （ Nurr1 4/- ） mice, modifying therapy of PD and potential neuroprotective effect with the traditional Chinese medicine. The Nurr1 4/- mice possessed the characteristic of similar symptoms to human, pathologic consistency, chronicity and progression, neuroprotective intervention in early time. It suggests that this model is ideal animal model of anti-Parkinson＇s disease using the traditional Chinese medicine.
