不同年龄人群体质分布的调查分析

The Investigations and Analysis on Distributions of Constitution in Population of Different Age

目的：研究大型中心城市不同年龄人群的体质分布状况。方法：采用随机抽样方法对北京市人口15岁以上的2502人进行流行病学调查。结果：无论男女,随着年龄的增加,阳虚质的分布逐渐增加,阴虚质的分布逐渐减少;女性在25-34岁组,平和质的分布出现谷值,瘀血质的分布出现峰值;男性在35-44岁组,平和质的分布出现谷值,湿热质的分布出现峰值;男女气郁质分布的峰值都出现在25-34岁组;女性痰湿质分布的谷值,男性痰湿质分布的峰值出现在25-34岁组;女性气虚质的分布随着年龄的增长而增加。结论：不同年龄的人群体质分布不同。

Objective： To study the distribution of constitution in population of different age in metropolis. Methods ： 2502 residents above 15 years old were selected and studied through random sampling methods in Beijing. Results： Data showed that distribution of yang - deficiency type increasing, and yin -deficiency type decreasing along with the increasing of age; valley of gentleness type distribution, and peak of blood - stasis type distribution appeared in female 25 -34 group; valley of gentleness type distribution, and peak of wet - heat type distribution appeared in male 35 - 44 group; peak of qi -depression type distribution appeared in 25 - 34 group; valley of female phlegm -wemess type distribution, and peak of male phlegm - wetness type distribution appeared in 25 - 34 group; female qi - deficiency type distribution increasing along with the age. Conclusion ： The distribution of constitution is different in population of different age.
