活血化瘀法治疗缺血性中风疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Ischaemic Stroke Treated with Blood-Activating and Stasis-Removing

目的:观察自制活血通脉汤治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组分为活血通脉汤治疗组和银杏叶片对照组,1个月为1疗程;两组病例同时给予血塞通注射液静点,每日1次。结果:治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性P<0.05。结论:自制活血通脉汤治疗缺血性中风疗效肯定。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of selfmade Huoxue Tongmai decoction for the treatment of ischaemic stroke. Methods ： 100 cases of ischaemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group with Huoxue Tongmai decoction and constrastive group with EBG（ Extract of Leave Ginkgo Bilobal） . Both groups were treated with Xuesetong Injection at the same time,once a day, The course of treatment was a month. Results ： There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It is of great safe and effective in the treatment of ischaemic stroke.
