加味止嗽散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma by Varied Zhisuo Powder

目的:观察加味止嗽散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将90例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为2组。治疗组45例口服自制中药加味止嗽散;对照组45例予多索茶碱、酮替芬口服及吸入沙丁胺醇。2组均4周为1个疗程,共观察1个疗程。结果:治疗组总控显率(临床控制+显效)为66.67%,总有效率93.33%,明显优于对照组的42.22%,80%(P<0.05)。肺功能第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/预计值%和呼气峰流速(PEF)均有改善,治疗前后比较差异有显著性(FEV1,P<0.01,FEV1%和PEF,P<0.05),治疗后组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味止嗽散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效优于西药治疗。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Varied Zhisuo powder on patients with Cough Variant Asthma. Methods： 90 patients with Cough Variant Asthma were randomly divided into two groups. 45 patients in the treatment group were treat by Varied Zhisuo powder; 45 patients in the control group were given Doxofylline,Ketotifen for oral use and Salbutamol inhalation. 4 weeks was a therapeutic course in both group. And the observation was in all one course. Results ： The markedly controlled rate（MCR） （ clinical control ＋ excellence） of treatment group was 66.67% ,total effective rate 93.33% ,obviously surpass the control group 42.22% ,80% （ P 〈0.05）. The pulmonary function significantly improved after treatment in both group （ FEV1, P 〈 0.01, FEV1 % 和 PEF, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of Varied Zhisuo powder has advantage over pure western therapy.
