中医综合治疗嗅觉障碍疗效观察

The Study of TCM Treat Dysosmia Combinatively

目的:寻找一种简单、实用、有效的治疗嗅觉障碍的方法。方法:将68例嗅觉障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组34例,采用自拟中药方剂配合迎香穴注射治疗。对照组34例采用强的松、VitBco、ATP等药物治疗,进行两组疗效对比。结果:治疗组,总有效率为85.3%,对照组总有效率为47.1%,经卡方检验,两组治疗总有效率有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药方剂配合迎香穴位注射治疗嗅觉障碍,效果满意,比西医治疗有优势。

Objective： discover a kind of simple, practical, valid treatment to treat dysosmia. Methods： 68 cases of dysesmia were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was 34 cases, adopting from drawing up the Chinese herbal medicine and Yingxiang acupoint injecting. The control group was 34 cases adopt Prednisone, VitBc, ATPetc. two groups of curative effect were contrasted. Results ： Treatment group, The total effective rate was 85.3%, Control group total effective rate was 47.1%, through χ^2 examine,The total effective rates of two groups have already shown the significantly difference （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： From drawing up the Chinese herbal medicine and Yingxiang acupoint injecting treat dysosmia, the result is satisfactory, having an advantage over the medicine treatment.
