岩舒注射液联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

Obseve the Therapeutic Efficacy of Yanshu Injection Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察岩舒注射液联合NP方案在晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的疗效。方法:所有病例均经病理和(或)细胞学确诊为晚期NSCLC。其中:治疗组42例行长春瑞滨(NVB)加顺铂(NP)方案化疗同时加用岩舒注射液。对照组26例单用NP化疗,不加用其他生物制剂或中药。结果:治疗组和对照组的总RR分别为28.6%和19.2%(P=0.003),总临床受益率(CBR)分别为71.4%和61.5%(P=0.0032),中位进展时间分别为6.2个月和4.9个月(P=0.06),治疗组与对照组疗后的生活质量(QOL)评分比较有明显提高(P=0.008),毒副反应亦较轻(P=0.006)。结论:岩舒注射液能明显改善晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的RR、CBR、QOL,并且能增效减毒,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective： To obseve the therapeutic efficacy of Yanshu injection advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods： There are two groups,group of Yanshu injection combined with NP, group of NP,68 cases of advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Result ： group of Yanshu injection combined with NP had a better effect of raising the quality of life,improve the symptoms than group of NP（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： group of Yanshu injection combined with NP could improve the symptoms, alleviate the quality of life, reduced the toxicity of chemotherapy.
