摘要
介绍了高分子膜技术在加油站挥发油气回收过程的应用原理.同时对该技术在国内外的发展动态进行了介绍,并结合现场工业化试验装置的运行数据,对膜技术油气过程的工艺特点、性能指标、经济效益等进行了研究分析.结果表明:同其他传统技术相比,膜技术具有环保、高效、占地小、易用等优点,使膜技术应用于加油站的油气回收过程具有较大的技术优势.
The membrane technology is introduced to the process of oilgas recovery from gasoline station, and its mechanism, application status in China and abroad are discussed as well. Based on the application of the commercial unit, the process properties, performance and benefits of membrane- based oilgas recovery technology are investigated. It is shown that: this is a technology of environment friendly, high performance, small footprint and easy operation. The application of membrane technology alone in the oilgas recovery from gasoline station predominates over other technologies.
