摘要
目的探讨透骨化毒酊对小鼠耳廓微循环障碍的作用。方法采用小鼠耳廓微循环障碍法,进行透骨化毒酊改善微循环的研究。结果透骨化毒酊三个剂量组给药10、60 min后均能增加微动脉流速、血液输出管径和血液输入管径。结论透骨化毒酊具有明显的改善微循环作用。
Aim To study the microcirculatory effect of new medicine tincture tougnhuadu. Method The method of microcirculation experiment included observing the auricle microcirculation in mice with acute blood stasis and measuring the velocity of blood flow. Results Tincture Touguhuadu obviously expanded the capillary vessels and improved the velocity of blood flow. Conclusion These results suggest that tincture tougnhuadu significantly promote the microcirculation.
