流体悬浮式治疗床在大面积烧伤救治过程中的临床应用观察

摘要 目的观察流体悬浮式烧伤治疗床对大面积烧伤救治的临床效果。方法将我科2001年1月~2006年9月收治的40例大面积烧伤患者根据用流体悬浮式烧伤治疗床或翻身床治疗分成治疗组和对照组,观察两组病例烧伤后一周血浆白蛋白的变化、整个病程抗菌素使用时间及创面愈合时间。结果治疗组烧伤后一周内血浆白蛋白上升较对照组明显增快,一周后接近正常值,整个病程抗菌素使用时间及创面愈合时间均较对照组缩短,19例患者治愈出院,死亡1例,治愈率95%;而对照组死亡3例,治愈17例,治愈率85%。结论用流体悬浮式治疗床治疗大面积烧伤,能减少创面渗出,加速创面干燥、结痂,从而减少蛋白的丢失,减少创面感染的机会,有效地预防并发症,促进创面愈合,缩短疗程,减少医疗费用。同时减轻医护人员工作量,减轻病人痛苦。 Aim To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the large scale burn with the fluid-suspend therapeutic bed. Methods 40 large scale burn patients from January 2001 to September 2006 treated in Ma'anshan Center Hospital were divided into the treatment group by using the fluid-suspend therapeutic bed and the control group by using the stryker frame treatment, then the differences of the two groups were observed in the change of the blood plasma albumin, in the entire course of an illness antibiotic period and in the healing time of the injured area. Results Compared with the control group, the blood plasma albumin of the treatment group increase more in the first week, a week later close to the normal value, what's more the period of using antibiotic in the entire course and the healing time of the injured area reduce. In the treatment group, 19 cured and 1 died, the cure rate bing 95%, while in the control group, 3 died and 17 cured, the cure rate beng 85%. Conclusions Treatment of the large scale burn with the fluid-suspend therapeutic bed can reduce seepage of the injured area,accelerate dryness and scabiness of the injured area. Thus it can reduce the losing of the protein and infection of the injured area, prevent the complication effectively ,promote the injured area to heal, reduce the treatment course and the medical expense. Simultaneously it can reduce the work load of the medical care, relieve the patient pain.
