骨改建的分子机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨改建整个过程中具体的分子机制还不十分明确,本文综述了在骨改建的分子机理研究中,新发现的破骨细胞调节因子——护骨素(OPG)及其配体破骨细胞分化因子(OPGL)的结构功能及其相关因素。OPG是一种肝素结合型分泌性糖蛋白,它通过与成骨细胞/基质细胞结合,阻断原始破骨细胞与成骨细胞/基质细胞间的信号传导,从而抑制其分化、成熟与激活,达到抑制骨吸收的目的。OPGL是促破骨细胞分化因子,其效应可被OPG断。机械力可以破坏骨细胞的完整性,从而分泌某些因子来启动骨改建。
