The principle of operation and system composition of plasma burner is introduced in this essay. Wity the example of this kind of burner used in Hezhe power station in which firing boiler under cold condition is realized, beside through specialize analysis to old protective logic, we have amended parts of logic that made the plasma burner technique is used much better in power station.Safety and stability of genset is proved.
