经皮药物透入综合治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病疗效的影响

Influences of percutaneous medicament permeation on curative effects of cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy

目的研究经皮丹参药物透入在治疗椎动脉型颈椎病中的作用。方法把168名患者分为A、B、C组,A组采用中药制剂丹参药液经皮透入治疗,B组采用中药制剂丹参药液经皮透入并滴注一般扩张血管药物治疗,C组单纯使用一般扩张血管药物治疗,治疗前后进行头颅多谱勒检测以及应用《颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表》进行自觉症状评价。结果B组治疗前后大脑中动脉,椎动脉和椎基底动脉平均血流速度及评定量表有极显著性差异(P<0.01);A、C组治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论经皮丹参药液透入综合治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病疗效较好,可作为临床首选治疗。

Objective To examine the role of percutaneous permeation of radix salviae miltiorrhizae in treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy. Methods A total of 168 patients were classified into three groups, namely group A, B and C, respectively. Patients in group A were treated with percutaneous permeation of a Chinese traditional medicine, namely radix salviae miltiorrhizae medicament fluid. Patients in group B were treated in the same way as used in group A, plus with the injection of commonly used medicine for vascular expansion, while group C treated only with the medicine for vascular expansion as used in B group. Before and after treatment, the head Doppler sonography was conducted, and an evaluation of self-felt symptoms also conducted with the so called evaluation scale of cervical vertigo symptoms and functions. Results For patients in group B, before and after treatment, there is a highly significant difference in the average blood stream velocity of middle cerebral artery, vertebral artery, and vertebral basilar artery, and in the evaluation scale of cervical vertigo symptoms and functions （P 〈 0. 01 ） , while there is a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） for patients in group A. Conclusion Percutaneous permeation of radix salviae miltiorrhizae is effective and may be chosen as the principal clinic treatment for cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.
