无偿献血者ALT升高原因分析

目的探讨如何减少因ALT升高而导致血液报废的问题,从而有效节约血液资源。方法检测方法为赖氏法和速率法。结果街头采血车和固定点采集的血液ALT升高没有明显差异,而性别、年龄对ALT的影响有明显差异,互助捐血和非互助捐血者ALT升高也有明显差异。结论应加大无偿献血科普知识的宣传,使献血者自我排查;血站应建立一套科学的、操作性强献血前问询的科学指引,排除不适合献血的人。

Objective By analyzing the ALT examination results of the volunteer blood donors at our station from 2003 to Nov, 2006, we will explore an effective way to further protect blood resources by minimizing the blood extravagancy caused by increases of ALT. Methods Techniques we used here are end-point method （lai＇ s） and dynamics as the inspecition methods and χ^2 Stat, the statistic method, Results Threre is no definite fluctuation of ALT between the blood gathered by the Street Blood Gathering vans ＆ immobile Blood Gathering Stations, But there are obvious evidence of ALT difference resulted from SEX ＆ AGE differences. And the increases of ALT between in-family donors ＆ volunteer donors show a distinctive difference as well. Conclusion Further public education of volunteer blood donation and the relative scientific konowledge will help the world- be-donors to be self-assorted before blood donation, And the blood gathering stations must adopt a series of feasible scientific inquiries to the blood donors exclude the unsuitable donors.
