摘要
采用实验室模拟对鱼所生存的人工水环境中投Cu的方式,通过鱼对Cu的吸收富集研究了鱼体中Cu的积累规律及其Cu对部分鱼内脏的毒性影响。揭示不同质量浓度下,单一重金属离子在鲫鱼体内积累的动态变化规律以及铜对鲫鱼属于剧毒重金属。结果表明,在较低的质量浓度下Cu在鲫鱼各组织器官中的积累量随质量浓度的增加而增加、随时间的延长而增加,达到一定时间后积累趋于平衡;在高质量浓度环境下Cu在鲫鱼各组织器官中的积累量有时随时间的延长反而有所下降,但针对不同组织来说其积累能力由大到小顺序一般为:内脏,鱼鳃,肌肉。采用主要的分析方法是微波溶样消解法和火焰原子吸收分光光度法。

To revealed the dynamic law of accumulation of single heavy mental in Carassius auratus gibelio under several kinds of concentrations and indicated the copper is a kind of virulent heavy mental to Carassius auratus Gibelio. The results showed that the quantity of accumulation of copper in fish tissues increased with the increase of copper concentrations and increased with the time prolongation and then it reached to a bananceable level at certain time in low concentration; But the quantity of accumulation of copper sometimes descended with the time prolongation in high concentration. The accumulation ability of different organ was different, it was in this order: purtenance〉gill〉muscle, The main analytical nethods are microwave digestion and flame atomic absorbtion spectrometry.
