摘要
通过对ZF5600液压支架修复工艺分析,液压支架修理工作量大、加工数量多,难以保证修理质量。有针对性地设计制造了液压支架的底座镗孔机和掩护梁镗孔机。阐述了镗孔机的结构、工作原理及经济效果。通过现场使用证明了此项技术改造能够保证修理需要。对缩短维修周期、提高维修质量和安全生产都具有十分重要的现实意义。
According to the analysis of ZF5600 powered support repairing technique, it is difficult to ensure the quality since powered support repairing is workload. This paper is targeted to the design and manufacture of hydraulic support base boring machine and a shield. It explained the structure and working principle and economic effects. Besides through technological transformation of this scene it ensures the use of proven need repair. It can shorten the repair cycle and improve the quality of maintenance and safety are of great realistic significance.
