氧枪保护涂料喷涂系统的设计与试用 被引量:1

摘要 氧枪结渣粘钢严重时,刮渣器刮渣很困难。针对这一现象,在实验的基础上进行了转炉氧枪保护涂料喷涂系统的设计。现场试验表明,该系统能将涂料均匀地喷涂在氧枪上,且工作可靠、操作简单,故障率低;经喷涂保护涂料后,氧枪的使用寿命提高了1.35倍。 In the condition that the steel slag very tightly adheres to the oxygen lance it s very difficult for the scraping equipment to scale off the steel slag effectively. In light of this problem a protective coating spraying system for the converter oxygen lance has been designed on the basis of experiments. Results of the on-site experiments show that this system can spray the coating material evenly on the lance, and its of high working reliability and easy operation and low malfunction rate. The service life of the oxygen lance is prolonged by 135% since application of the coating material.
