摘要
根据彩色喷墨打印纸(以下简称彩喷纸)涂敷层的特殊要求,采用延迟加料的半连续乳液聚合方法,合成出1种非离子性的以醋酸乙烯酯为主要单体的乳液。通过对共聚单体的选择,有效地提高了胶粘剂的粘接强度;通过对保护胶体的选择,降低了胶粘剂的黏度,满足了彩喷纸加工过程中对涂料流变性的要求。结果显示,以该胶粘剂为粘接物质的彩喷纸所打印的图像具有较高的清晰度及色彩密度。
According to the specific requirement of color photo quality ink-jet papers overlay , using the semi-continuous emulsion polymerization method which adopts delayed charging we synthesized a non-ionic emulsion regarding vinyl acetate as the primary mono- mer. Through the choice of comonomer , we efficiently lower the adhesive viscosity and meet the requirement of the coating visoeity during the process of color photo quality ink-jet paper . The results show that the images printed with the color photo quality ink-jet paper which uses the adhesives as the bonding material have high definition and high color density .
