加工番茄叶片与产量的相关性及叶内生理性酶活性比较分析 被引量:4

摘要 试验测定的数据经分析认为:加工番茄单株总产与一、二级侧枝产量间存在极显著相关,与主枝产量间存在显著相关,与三级侧枝不存在相关性。说明对于丰产性育种来说,选择侧枝多的品系至关重要,并且想获得高产,催生侧枝和保花保果也不容忽视。对主枝及各级侧枝叶片的性状进行相关性分析,二级侧枝叶宽和二级侧枝叶片数分别与单株其它各性状间存在显著或极显著相关,表明在这一时期二级侧枝叶片特性对单株产量起关键作用。回归分析二级侧枝的叶片性状与单株产量之间的关系,建立方程:Y=1.716-0.29X1+0.23X2+0.117X3,相关性检验:R=0.810**得知方程是显著的。植物的早衰在叶片中表现最明显的是叶绿素的衰减,由测定的数据看出参试品种各处理下叶绿素含量的差异并不是很大,但是在前期深松处理下两品种叶绿素含量相比较在未深松处理下增加快,后期却出现比未深松处理减少快的趋势,并且四个处理下的叶绿素含量变化曲线基本趋于一致表现,即叶绿素含量先升高达到峰值后再减小。对于这一点还需要作进一步的研究证实。在叶片叶绿素含量到达最低值时,测定各生理性酶活性,由测定的数据可看出:各品种生理性酶活性在各处理下相同时期内表现出一定的差异性,H2O2、SOD、POD各酶活性在深松处理下比在未深松处理下表现出一定的高值,脯氨酸含量表现低值,在一定程度上说明深松处理更有利于加工番茄的抗逆性和抗早衰性。 According to the data from trial , we know that there exists signiciant correlation between plant yield of processing tomato and the yield of first branch and second branch , also correlation with yield of main stem , no relation with third branch . That is to say, for breeding of high yield,chosing variety of many branches is very important, also to get high yield , we cant ignore making more branches and protecting flours and fruits. When correlation analysis of main stem and leaf characteristic in each branch is conducted, it is found that there is significant or extremely significeant correlation between the leaf width, leaf number of second branch and other characteristics of single plant. That means during this period leaf character of second branch is very important for single plant yield. After analysis of relation between them, equation was built : Y = 1.716 - 0.29 X1 + 0.23 X2 + 0. 117 X3, correlation was checked: R = 0.810 ^** . This equation is significant at 1% level. The manifest senscence in planter leaf is chlorophyll reduction. According to the data we tested there is no great difference of chlorophyll in leaf of each variety under different treatment , but at early growing period the chlorophyll content of two variedes under subsoiling treament was increased faster than that under unsubsoiling treatment. And the chlorophyll curve fig . lof four treatments expresses the same trend to reducing when chlorophyll amount reaches the peak. When the amount of chlorophyll in leaf reaches the lowest numerical value , we test activity of physical enzyme activity in leaf , we can find that during the same time there exists difference of each physical enzyme activity in each treatment . The enyzem of H2O2,SOD, POD under subsoiling treatment expresses higher numerical value than that under unsubsoiling treatment . The content of Prolinees expresses lower mnnerical value . That means subsoiling treatment is better than unsubsoiling trealment in resisting stress and senescence to some extent.
