摘要
以库尔勒香梨果实为试材,分三个不同的采收期,在室温(20~25℃)下贮藏,研究其生理和品质的变化。结果表明。三种不同采收期的香梨在贮藏过程中都出现呼吸高峰。呈现跃变型果实的特征。晚采收(9月17日)香梨果实的呼吸峰较低。随着采收期的延迟,果实硬度下降较大,果实硬度在采后贮藏过程中变化较小。果实叶绿素含量随采收期的推迟而下降,在室温下贮藏叶绿素分解很快。三个采收期的香梨果实可溶性固形物含量相近,在贮藏过程中呈下降趋势。
The present study was performed to investigate the postharvest changes in respiration rate, fmnness, chlorophyll content, and soluble solids content of fragrant pear fruit with three different maturities at harvest. The research indicated that the fragrant pear harvested at three different date showed the climacteric peak of respiration during the storage process. Fruit firmness declined rapidly due to postponing harvest date. The declines of firmness were slow after harvest. Chlorophyll content of fragrant fruit reduced along with later pick date, and broke down swiftly during storage period at room temperature. There was little difference between soluble solids contents of fruit from three different harvest date. They decreased during storage.
