摘要
以新疆雪莲无菌苗的根、茎、叶为外植体,对各种不同激素配比条件下新疆雪莲的再生体系进行了探讨,结果表明:培养基MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L对愈伤组织诱导效果较好;而再生芽的诱导培养基为MS+6-BA0.4mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+水解乳蛋白500mg/L;生根培养基为1/4MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L。
In present study, the regeneration system of tissue culture of Saussurea involucrata Kar. ＆ Kir. was discussed by using roots, shoots, and leaves of sterile seedling of Saussurea involucrata Kar.＆ Kir. as the explant. Results showed： MS ＋ 6 - BA 0.1 mg/L ＋ NAA 2.0 mg/L medium was effective for eaUi indtteed; Shoots were induced with MS ＋ 6 - BA 0.4 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.05 mg/L ＋ LH 500 mg/L medium; and roots were formed on 1/4 MS ＋ NAA 0.3 medium.
